By integrating Alerio Print with your Shopify store, you can automate your workflow and reach customers more efficiently. Below is a detailed, step-by-step guide on how to set up the connection and manage your product listings with ease.

Step 1: Setting Up the Integration

To begin, you need to establish a secure connection between both platforms. Follow these steps to get started:

  • Log in to Alerio Print and open Shopify Admin in another tab: Start by logging into your Alerio Print account. At the same time, open your Shopify admin panel in a separate browser tab so you can switch between both platforms easily.
  • Install the Alerio Print App: In your Shopify admin dashboard, go to the Apps section from the left-hand menu. Search for the Alerio Print app and click Install to add it to your store.
  • Connect Your Shop: Return to the Integrations section in Alerio Print and click Connect Shopify shop. Allow a few moments for the connection to be completed.

Step 2: How to Create & Manage Products

Once your Shopify store is connected to Alerio Print, you can start creating products and preparing them for sale.

  • Design and Mockups: Select the product you want to create and upload your design. You can use the Alerio Print mockup generator, which usually takes about one minute, or upload your own custom mockups if you prefer branded visuals.
  • Configure Product Details: Link the print file to the main product image, choose the appropriate models, add keywords if needed, and adjust your pricing. When everything is ready, click Publish. Please note that the product creation process may take up to two minutes.

Step 3: Going Live and Deactivating Listings

Managing product visibility correctly helps you stay in control of your store inventory. Here’s how product status works with Alerio Print:

  • Activating Products: Newly created products are saved as drafts by default. To make a product live on your Shopify store, activate it directly in the Alerio Print system. Once activated, it will automatically appear on Shopify.
  • Removing Products: If you need to hide or remove a product, simply go back to Alerio Print and set the product status back to draft.
