Can I change an order after it’s been submitted?

While the order is on status “Ready to send” you can add a comment in the order if needed. Go under Order History, find your order, click on VIEW and add a comment. Support will inform you about changes within 24h.

If your order is under status “Processing”, you can not send any changes.
