Intellectual Property Policy

This Intellectual Property Policy (“IPP”) explains the rights and responsibilities of Alerio Print Inc. (“Alerio Print”) and all users (“Users”) regarding intellectual property (“IP”). By using Alerio Print’s services (“Service”), you agree to this IPP and all related policies (Terms of Service, Privacy Policy).
1. Definitions
Key terms:
- Agreement – all rules and policies referenced in this IPP.
- Content – anything displayed or uploaded on Alerio Print (text, images, designs, etc.).
- Customers – people who purchase your products.
- Products – items you create through Alerio Print.
- User/You – anyone using the Site or Services.
- We/Alerio Print – Alerio Print Inc. and its affiliates.
2. General
By using Alerio Print, you accept this IPP and all linked policies. If any section is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
3. When This IPP Applies
Using or accessing the Service means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using Alerio Print and delete your account.
4. Changes to This IPP
Alerio Print may update the IPP. If changes are significant, we will notify you. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated version.
5. Your Responsibilities
You confirm that:
- You own the Content you upload, or you have rights to use it.
- Your Content does not infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property rights, and you accept full responsibility for any claims, disputes, damages, or legal actions arising from your Content. In the event of any issues, you acknowledge that you alone are fully liable.
- You will cover any royalties or fees tied to your Content.
- You will not create products (including AI-generated content) that violate IP rights or include prohibited material.
If unsure about your rights, do not upload the content.
6. Handling Infringing Content
Alerio Print may remove or refuse to produce any Content that appears infringing. Accounts with repeated violations may be suspended.
7. Reporting Infringement
Rights holders can report IP violations. Alerio Print may share the report with the User involved. An optional IP Registry is available to help monitor protected assets, but it does not replace your own IP enforcement.
7.1. Copyright (DMCA)
To report copyright infringement, submit a DMCA Notice to info@alerioprint.com including required details (contact info, original work link, infringing link, statements, signature). Alerio Print will remove the Content and notify the User.
7.2. Trademark
To report trademark infringement, email info@alerioprint.com with evidence and links. Alerio Print may remove infringing Content or suspend misleading accounts.
8. If Your Content Was Removed
Content may be removed based on a rights holder’s notice or Alerio Print’s internal review.
- To request details about the complaint, email info@alerioprint.com.
- If you believe the removal was incorrect, you may file a DMCA counter-notice or appeal (depending on the reason for removal). False claims may result in legal consequences and account termination.
