Can I keep returned items in stock?

No, we are unable to store returned items.

When a package is returned to us, we will inform you as soon as we receive it. We will leave a comment in our system at current order. You will see a notification on the left side in our system.

Can I keep returned items in stock?

After you receive our notification, you have 14 days to reply to the message inside the order comments and request that the item be reshipped. Please note that reshipping will require an additional shipping fee.

If no action is taken within 14 days, the returned package will be utilized by us, and no refunds will be issued.
