Can I upgrade my shipping speed after placing an order?
If you’ve already paid for your order and its status is still “Ready to Print”, you can request delivery changes by adding a comment to the order.
To do this:
- Go to “Order History” in the left-side main menu.
- Click “VIEW” to open the specific order.
- Inside the order, you will find a Comment field where you can write your requested changes.

Please note: Once the order status changes to “Processing”, we are no longer able to modify the shipping information.
