How are returns handled for quality issues or change-of-mind requests?

Since all of our products are printed on demand and customized with your design, we’re unable to offer refunds if a customer changes their mind or selects the wrong model.

However, if a product arrives damaged or there is a printing issue, please leave a comment on the order in the Alerio Print system. Our team will review the situation, and if the issue is our fault, we will gladly offer a reprint or a refund.

That said, returned items can be sent back to you, allowing you to manage resale or reshipping on your own. If you’d like to arrange a return, please contact Alerio Print support at info@alerioprint.com.

Please note that if you decide to reship the order, shipping costs will need to be paid again.
