How can I update an order?
You can update an order in your Alerio Print account up until its status changes to “Processing.”
To make changes:
- Go to Order History in your dashboard.
- Click View on the specific order you want to update.

- Use the Comment section to write the changes you’d like us to make.
Once the order status is Processing, updates are no longer possible.
