How to prepare designs for Alerio Print (quick overview)?

High-quality designs are essential for achieving excellent print results. For the best outcome, please follow the specifications below:

Dimensions – Depend on the product
Resolution – 300 DPI (pixels per inch)
File format – .PNG or .JPEG / .JPG
Color mode – RGB

1. Cover the Entire Template Area

Your design must extend across the full template surface. This prevents unprinted areas on the finished product.

⚠️ If the artwork does not reach the edges of the template, some parts of the phone case may remain blank, which can negatively affect the final appearance.   

2. Keep Important Elements Inside the Safe Zone

Each product template includes a marked safe area (shown with a dotted line). All essential elements — such as text, logos, or key graphics — should stay within this zone to ensure they remain visible on the final product.

Text Size for Real Products

For clear readability, all text and logos should be at least 8–9 pt or larger. Very small text may lose sharpness or become unreadable after printing.
