My order’s tracking shows “Returned to sender.” What does this mean?

Packages may be sent back to the sender for several reasons, most commonly due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address. Other possible reasons include the recipient refusing the shipment or the package not being collected from customs.

If you would like the order to be shipped again after it is returned to us, please note that a new shipping fee will apply.
