What happens if an order gets lost in the mail?

If a package appears to be lost during transit, please submit a claim within 30 days of placing the order so we can investigate the issue.

Before reaching out, we recommend confirming the delivery address with your customer and asking them to contact the shipping carrier for the latest delivery updates. We will also review the shipment on our end.

If the package could not be delivered due to an incorrect address and is returned to us, you may resend the order after covering the shipping cost again.
