What happens if the customer’s address was incorrect?

Mistakes can happen- and we’re here to help. Below are the possible scenarios to keep in mind:

  • If you have entered a return address, the package will be sent back to us.
  • If the package is not returned, you can submit a claim and place a new order.
  • If the package is returned to us, we can resend it, but you will need to cover the additional shipping cost.

If the order is still in the “Ready to Print” stage, you can add a comment int your order or contact our support team at info@alerioprint.com, and we’ll do our best to update the delivery address before shipping.

Please note: it is your responsibility to ensure that all customer addresses are correct. While Alerio Print is happy to assist where possible, any additional costs resulting from incorrect address details will need to be covered by you. We recommend double-checking all address information before placing an order.
