What happens if tracking shows “delivered,” but the customer hasn’t received the package?
Our priority is always to find the best possible solution for everyone involved. In situations like this, we recommend the following steps:
- Ask customer to check mail box, sometimes couriers add small packages like phone cases in the mail box.
- Ask the customer to contact the delivery carrier to request detailed delivery information.
- At the same time, we will review the shipment on our end to see if any additional updates are available.
- Packages are sometimes left in a secure or hidden location, or delivered to a nearby neighbor, so it’s worth checking those possibilities first.
If the package still cannot be located, a new order will need to be placed. However, if the shipping carrier confirms that the package was lost or delivered to the wrong address and cannot be recovered, Alerio Print will remake the order and ship a new product or issue a refund if needed.
