What if my customer made a mistake entering the delivery address?
If your customer entered an incorrect address, we may still be able to update it as long as the order has not been processed yet. Please add a comment in your order if it is still in “Ready to print” status and we will do our best to change the address details.
Once the order is in processing, address changes are not possible for Economy shipping.
