What should I do if an order is stuck in "Processing" for too long?

We’re sorry if your order seems delayed! Alerio Print aims to prepare and dispatch all orders within 24–72 hours, but occasionally it might take a little longer. Please consider the following:

• Orders placed on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend may start production on Monday.
• To maintain our quality standards, we may need to reprint your design once or twice before shipping.
