We understand it’s frustrating to receive an incomplete order. If you notice that any items are missing, please follow these steps:

Please note: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report missing items.

  1. Check your package carefully to confirm which items are missing.
  2. Contact the delivery carrier to see if any items are being shipped separately.

If you experience any issues with your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Alerio Print dashboard.
  2. Go to “Order History.”
  3. Find the order in question and click “View.”
  4. Add a comment directly to the order explaining the issue.
