What should I do if my delivered order is missing items?
We understand it’s frustrating to receive an incomplete order. If you notice that any items are missing, please follow these steps:
Please note: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report missing items.
- Check your package carefully to confirm which items are missing.
- Contact the delivery carrier to see if any items are being shipped separately.
If you experience any issues with your order, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Alerio Print dashboard.
- Go to “Order History.”
- Find the order in question and click “View.”
- Add a comment directly to the order explaining the issue.
