What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

If an item is damaged during shipping, please take clear photos or a short video of the product and send your claim by:

If you experience any issues with your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Alerio Print dashboard.
  2. Go to “Order History.”
  3. Find the order in question and click “View.”
  4. Add a comment directly to the order explaining the issue.

Our team will review your message and respond within 24-48 hours.

Once the damage is verified, we’ll either send replacement items at no additional cost or provide a partial refund.
