What should I do if my product is damaged during shipping?
We’re sorry your order arrived damaged.
If you experience any issues with your order, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Alerio Print dashboard.
- Go to “Order History.”
- Find the order in question and click “View.”
- Add a comment directly to the order explaining the issue. Our team will review your message and respond within 24-48 hours.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, take a few photos of the damaged item before reaching out. Once we confirm the damage, we’ll send a replacement as soon as possible- no extra cost to you.
