What should I do if my tracking status hasn’t updated?

If your tracking information hasn’t changed for a while, here are some things to keep in mind:

• Recently shipped orders: It can take 24–36 hours for the tracking number to show the latest update.
• International Shipments (e.g., USA, United Kingdom):
  If you are using USPS or Royal Mail services, tracking information may take 3–4 days to update. These shipments are sent as consolidated parcels, and the tracking number will start showing updates once the shipment has been transferred from our warehouse to the carrier’s warehouse.
