Where can I find the tracking information for my orders?


You can view all tracking numbers on your order status, where you can also check the current status of your order.

  • Go to Order History in your Alerio Print account and you can find all tracking numbers under column “Tracking number”

If you need more information about the selected shipping method then:

  • Click View on the order you want to check.
  • Under Delivery Information, you will find all the details you need.

Please note that tracking numbers become available only after your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
