Why am I getting the error “Image is too small”?

If you see this error while creating your product, it means the uploaded image does not meet the minimum quality requirements. To fix the issue, please check the following:

  • Image dimensions
    Make sure your design for Clear Phone Case is at least 750x1590px, for Tough Phone Case- 2000x3400px. Smaller files may not provide enough detail for high-quality printing.
  • Image resolution (DPI)
    Ensure the image resolution is as close to 300 DPI as possible. Higher DPI helps maintain sharpness and detail in the final print.

If your file meets both the size and DPI requirements, the error should no longer appear, and your design will be ready for production.
